Goal Getters was created to change lives.
As life gets hectic, many of us can and have a different relationship with exercise.
Many college athletes graduate and get a job. The problem is that their activity level is not the same as it was when they were in school and they begin to lose their fitness and possibly gain weight. They don’t know what to do because a coach always planned their activity. Alternatively, you might be a high school or college athlete trying to maximize your performance and be better at your sport. At Goal Getters, we create training plans and nutrition coaching that accommodate your schedule to achieve your wellness or performance goals. Whether you were an athlete before, training for a specific sport or competition, or are just getting into fitness for the first time, Goal Getters is a great fit for you. ​

Courtney
Courtney has a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness (concentration in performance) from Liberty University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Leadership from Warner University.
As a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and virtual coaching specialist through NASM. Courtney has an arsenal of knowledge to aid in the achievement of your goals.
Courtney is committed to her family and is excited to help you achieve your fitness goals. She gets pumped up when we make progress and have goals to tackle.
Courtney enjoys weight lifting, obstacle course racing, painting, videogames, and spending time with her husband and pets.
Our specialist competed in softball, cross country and track while growing up. Also, she competed in college cross country at Warner University and participated in the CrossFit club there.
